The Elephant
The Elephant is an Accepting and Doing behavioural style. They like the true and stayed method and don't like rocking the boat. This behaviour needs time to think about things. Give them assurances and guarantees. They want to know 'HOW' to do it!
The Ant is cool faced and closed postured, assessing and thinking type. They are perfectionists and are very accurate and low on the risk taking scale. They want to know 'WHY' they need your product or service when they can probably do it themselves. They are reserved and task orientated people.

The Lion is directive and goal orientated. They always want to win and are outgoing macro task type profiles. When they say 'they need to think about it' it means NO! never challenge the lion head on but stand your ground and have respect and you will get the sale!
